Humana Technology Lifecycle Management - Cloud Migration Support (WAH - US) in Kansas City, Missouri
The Senior Portfolio Management Professional collaborates with the business portfolio team to align the IT portfolio and demand. The Senior Portfolio Management Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) aligns with and delivers on our IT Strategy by driving agility and delivering greater business value through timely technology adoption with a focus on ability to stay current and assess status within the lifecycle of vendor supplied third party technology, including Cloud providers.
This role will support technology lifecycle management by bringing a focus on cloud migration and adherence, timelines, and decommissioning data center assets involved in lifecycle initiatives both forecasted and inflight.
Key responsibilities may include:
o Analyze cloud migration data center impact and clearly define decommissioning impacts
o Ensure Cloud migrations are accounted for in TLM processes including the decommission of on-prem assets
o Monitor lifecycle initiatives progress for cloud migration applications
o Execute TLM remediations in alignment with cloud adoption strategy
o Ensure cloud deployment assets are adequately tracked, budgeted, and included in reporting
o Other duties as assigned
o Minimum of 5 years of related experience
o Strong hardware and decommission experience in a NOC environment
o Report writing experience using a variety of tools (Ex: Excel, PowerBI, Qlikview, etc.)
o Skillful in developing reports that can define clear measures
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to work in a team environment
o Motivated self-starter
o Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
o Bachelor’s degree
o Experience in IT Process, preferably in decommissioning assets
o Experience producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Will report to the Director, Portfolio Management, IT SCS - Cloud Automation Engineering
