Primary job functions include responding to and resolving user request for desktop support and providing liaison support to other bank support groups. This position handles second tier support requests related to desktops, laptops, printers and other related peripherals. This will require remote support as well as hands-on troubleshooting of hardware and software-related issues.Work Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)Qualifications:- Two years of experience installing and supporting Windows desktop environments- Appropriate professional certification, such as MSCE, MCP, A+, and Network+- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and projects- Experience with IT Service Management Software (e.g. Remedy, ServiceNow, TopDesk, FrontRange, Assyst)- Working knowledge of technologies including: Desktop computer hardware, Windows Operating Systems, network printers, TCP/IP, email (Outlook/Exchange), Active Directory, Microsoft Office, virus protection, and software distribution solutions.
