What You'll Do:
Will act as an internal consultant, and practitioner to the business, creating development strategies that support the strategy and culture of the organization and of specific departments. Will align the organization's human & organizational systems for sustainable high performance. Will work to identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, & threats in conjunction with HR Business Partners. Will innovate creative solutions that help the organization fully realize its business objectives. Will develop, plan for, and facilitate the implementation of talent development interventions needed to meet client's goals.
Organizational Design: Will work with senior management and HR Business Partners to design organizational structures, processes, jobs, people & reward systems that align.
Change management: Will design, develop, & deliver programs & processes that help managers effect change more efficiently & effectively.
Leadership Development: Will support and execute the strategy of integrated process and programs that deliver value to the business in the areas of Talent Management, Performance Management, and Leadership Development . Provides facilitation and conducts training as needed to support Talent Development programs.
Stay current with external trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development
Knowledge Transfer- Will work to deepen expertise and transfer practices to internal service receivers and HR partners. Mentors and coaches Talent Development team members to improve competencies, knowledge and skills. Leads team collaborations and projects.

In this Role, You will Need:
Experienced providing guidance on talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and diversity and inclusion
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and work on many projects simultaneously
Excellent project management skills
Ability to effectively facilitate group learning
Exceptional interpersonal skills - must be able to interact with senior leaders of the company, must be able to get along with diverse personalities
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite
