Learn and become proficient in eMaint’s CMMS software application
Travel to customer facilities to deliver On-Site training on eMaint system functionality
Deliver training on eMaint system functionality at eMaint facilities as well as remotely (besides on-site)
Present at company events and conferences
Work with subject matter experts to create client-facing training materials
Assist in updating training course materials and website training content
Assist with development of internal training for new and existing employees
Facilitate problem-solving between end user and eMaint Services and Support staff
Keep up with product updates and releases
Basic Qualifications: Must Haves
Solid background in software training to large user base
Proven customer-facing skills.
Comfortable speaking to large audiences
Polished verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an absolute focus on quality of work.
Proven ability to engage across corporate functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, and Product Management)
A positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
Comfortable with Travel as required (greater than 80%).
Basic Qualifications: Strongly Preferred
Fully bilingual or trilingual is a plus (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc)
