This position will be responsible for architecting, modifying, and creating web applications and workflow solutions that integrate with other software packages and Banking Applications. They will provide technical direction, maintenance and support of a number of Banking Applications. They will be responsible for analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementing complex applications. Assigned tasks must be accomplished accurately and timely in order to effectively meet the goals of the job.You have:• At least 3 years experience with and knowledge of an OO programming language such as Java or .Net • Experience and understanding of database design and integration including SQL• Experience and understanding of Web Services• The ability to visualize and translate business needs into technological solutions• Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to absorb and implement new technologies and concepts• Willingness to learn new skills and ask questions• Ability to build strong working relationships with customers and peers• Excellent verbal and written communication• Demonstrated ability to lead people and projects to create high quality solutions• Demonstrated familiarity and experience supporting medium and large size projects through a defined software development life cycle• Previous experience with architecting, modeling, and developing workflow solutions• Understanding of secure coding techniques and software development best practices• Bachelor Degree in Information Systems or equivalentWe would like to have:• Web development experience• Experience developing code in multiple OO programming language such as Java or .Net• Previous experience developing solutions in Appian, Avoka, or other workflow solutions• Experience working within a defined Agile SDLC• Energetic and positive demeanor• Understanding of Application Architectures and Design Patterns.• Certifications in related technologies• Previous Banking experienceWhat we can provide you:• Opportunity for growth or skills development• Involvement in important projects and the ability to make a difference• Great workplace dynamic and corporate culture• Interesting work and stimulating problems• Flexibility in work locations• Collaborative team environmentTechnical Skill Summary:Required – OO Programming, SQL, XML, WSDL, JavaScriptDesired - HTML, XSL, XSD, XPath, Java, JSP, Source Control Experience
