Digital Hallmarkers get to wear many hats and have the opportunity to engage with new / innovative technology as well as help shape consumer digital experiences.WHAT THIS ROLE IS ALL ABOUT:The SEO Analyst must be a self-motivated entrepreneurial individual with experience in organic search engine optimization, or in digital marketing, preferably with an eCommerce focus. This person will be involved in designing and implementing search engine optimization strategies for hallmark.com and other digital properties and must be familiar with HTML/JavaScript and other front-end technologies.The SEO Analyst will:Be an evangelist of SEO across the enterprise organizationEffectively communicates to internal stakeholders the opportunity for, and value of, website changes, updates, and content optimizations.Conduct keyword research to ensure the customer voice is represented in product naming, on-page editorial and contentUnderstand over-arching business strategy and other marketing channels (such as paid search, display and email) and how they influence website trendingWork closely with IT and Brand partners to ensure SEO projects are prioritized based on ROIBe responsible for technical website health and incorporating SEO best practicesPerforms technical analysis/audits and develops strategic recommendations to ensure SEO best practices, in partnership with front end developersProvides advanced site structure and performance recommendations (including information architecture, navigation, URL structure, canonical strategy, etc.).Manages sitemap and robot.txt files.Develop and regularly audit on-page optimizations -- including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags, etc.Be the in-house SEO expert and shape the SEO practiceStay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices on all search engine algorithm updates (primarily Google) and the SEO industryProvides competitive and market opportunity analysis as they relate to search intent, competitor niche saturation, backlink profiles, and SERP anomalies.Manages all activities related to local search optimization including Google My Business oversightBe a steward of the data and expert storytellerDevelops monthly performance reports using programs like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,
