Cerner Senior Solution & Test Designer in Kansas City, Missouri
Senior Solution & Test Designer
Cerner continues to grow within Health Network Product Management, and we're hiring a Senior Solution & Test Designer! As a Sr. Solution & Test Designer, you are an integral part of the development process because you are the driving force behind defining how your application or system should operate. When a change is planned for your solution, you are responsible for outlining how the change should work. This is documented as requirements, and those are used by the engineers as a guide for implementing that change. To understand what the requirements should be, you will collaborate with various roles throughout the company; such as strategists, interaction designers, and engineers. You are also responsible for validating that what the engineer implements matches your expectations of the functionality. When the team is ready to release that change to our clients, you are responsible for validating that the release as a whole works as expected, and that we are not introducing any new defects. Additionally, you will also work with our technical writers to ensure the documentation for the solution is up-to-date, including our release text, help files, and reference pages. If you believe health care is far too important to stay the same, apply today and learn more!
