About the Role The Senior Principal will be a full-time permanent consultant supporting the Office of the CIO group within the Company CMF team. The primary responsibility for this role is to lead all aspects of our growing IT Diligence practice including business development, practice development, resource sourcing and management, and delivery and execution of IT Diligence engagements. Your primary clients will include private equity funds and, to a lesser extent, middle market companies engaged in MandA activities. You will be a part of the leadership team for a fast-growing and entrepreneurial group, and will be expected to be a self-starter and visionary that is also willing to get their hands dirty when necessary.
