What you'll do... :
H&R Block, the world’s leader in tax preparation services, is looking for a Program Manager of Sourcing Lifecyle. This position is located at our corporate headquarters, in the premier downtown Power & Light District of Kansas City, where everything is either steps or a streetcar ride away. The Program Manager of Sourcing Lifecycle will be responsible for developing, planning, managing the reporting and governance of the sourcing lifecycle. Ensure that program goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives. Responsible for managing the program teams.
What you’ll do…
Responsible for the development and implementation of the sourcing lifecycle reporting including coordinating the business change
Provide weekly status updates to the project team on projects (agreements, RFPs, etc.) in progress and upcoming projects.
Support the creation of automated quarterly reporting for business VPs.
Oversee the review of third party spend for adherence to the Souring policy quarterly.
Oversee quarterly travel reporting.
Partner with the Supplier Risk Management Team on alignment on the shared intake process day to day management and future enhancements.
Oversee the use and enhancements of the contract lifecycle management tool used for reporting.
Manage travel system and supplier relationships.
Work with IT on the roadmap for Sourcing applications.

Experience in supplier management or negotiations

What you’ll bring to the role…
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or Management
7-10 years of business experience.
5 years of project management experience.
Program management experience leading large programs that involve significant business change.
Demonstrated track record of establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Experience managing supplier agreements and tracking service levels.
Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills to communicate with and persuade a wide range of audiences.
Strong supervisory and matrix management skills and ability to oversee tasks delegated to others.
Sourcing Program Manager
