ABOUT THIS TEAM:
The Organizational Change Management/Talent Development team supports the ongoing development of talent in the organization, including change programs to integrate enterprise process, tools, and culture in support of Hallmark's continued growth.
ABOUT THE PROJECT SPECIALIST – ORGANIZATION DESIGN (OD):
This is a temporary fulltime position that will last approximately 18 months. Selected candidate can work remote.
The Project Specialist - Organization Design (OD) is responsible for support in diagnosing, planning, developing, facilitating and/or project managing organization design and change efforts in support of business objectives and overall improved organization and employee performance. These efforts could be at the enterprise, division, and/or department level based on need. The OD Specialist will be in support of OD team leadership in complex, enterprise wide engagements but could be leading projects at the team or department level.
The OD support provided could include a broad spectrum of organization needs depending on the situation (ex. strategic alignment, work process design, organization role and structure design, governance, change management, etc.). The incumbent will help analyze the situation, leverage research and analytics to inform options forward, assist to formulate the action plan, and work to support the OD engagement to completion.

The following is required to be considered for this role:
Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant, professional experience
4 years of relevant, professional experience (ex. Change Management, Project Management, Business Consulting, Organization Design, etc)
Experience and knowledge of how organization design projects are run and implemented
Experience with data analysis
Your resume and portfolio will stand out if you have:
2+ years of organization design experience in a large organization
Experience on a large-scale organization change effort, Prosci certification a plus
Ability to commit to the duration of the assignment (18 months)
Understanding of whole-system performance
Experience in internal project work – including facilitating associated sessions / workshops
Data analysis proficiency, including advanced Excel tools
Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Exceptional communication skills – both written, verbal, and active listening skills.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
