Lead Engagement Owner
As a Lead Engagement Owner, you will work through strategic client projects for contracted CommunityWorks clients. You will be responsible for project management and planning, support escalation, risk assessment, value achievement, client alignment with appropriate executive relationships, and project status review of assigned accounts. You will also provide support to the project team members and are responsible for resource management to meet contracted project plan deliverables

At least 10 years total combined higher education and related work experience including:
At least 3 years of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 7 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Cerner Solutions or EMR work experience
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) Project Management Institute (PMI)
At least 4 years of Financial management work experience.
Ability to travel up to 75%
Must live in, or relocate to, Kansas City; or live within 60 miles of an approved virtual city
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client
