WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create, and maintain documentation as it relates business and technical processes
Create and maintain Sequence Diagrams to clearly define workflows and data flows
Conduct interviews and user meetings with key users to collect IT and business process information
Provide estimates for workstream activities, including dependencies, to the Project Manager
Identify, manage and resolve risks and issues related to the workstream
Create and maintain required regulatory and SDLC documentation
Contribute to all areas of system implementation including but not limited to vendor interaction, system compatibility, change control, qualification, deployment, and training
Work with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, CAPA, and GxP, as well as internal policies and processes
Assist in the performance of gap analysis between policy and process/procedures
Document policy and procedure documents to be used throughout the organization to align with Division policies
Work with other groups, displaying strong communication and collaboration skills
Frequently communicate with co-workers, management and internal customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Consult with managers to determine the role of IT systems in an organization
Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Policies and Standards
Assist with Verification and Validation activities for regulated or controlled systems or applications
Work independently with light to limited reliance on a more senior team member
Make continuous self-education a priority
Identify and communicate quality concerns and/or process improvements
Work across teams to enhance quality by identifying and helping to implement initiatives that will improve capability and efficiency
Follow established processes and procedures pertaining to quality assurance and regulations. (i.e. SOX, FDA, QMS, HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required
Typically, at least 5+ years of related work experience is required
Experience in Quality Management System projects
Experience working in a regulated environment
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Understand key requirements for data quality and governance
Exposure to cybersecurity, including documentation requirements
Ability to elicit detailed information
Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Demonstrated ability conducting interviews with stakeholders and converting them into meaningful specifications.
Demonstrated ability to complete tasks and cooperate and collaborate in achieving team objectives
Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships within a business setting
