An INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INVENTORY ANALYST is responsible for the management of the entire inventory for the Information Technology department. Additionally, this position assists in the development of proper inventory control procedures and policies, is responsible for maintaining an accurate picture of current and deployed inventory, and coordinating the return and repair of items.

  • Maintain accurate assessment of hardware and software inventory. Also, arranges for ordering of hardware, software, and parts to replenish stock.

  • Coordinates and executes repair or replacement of malfunctioning hardware, software, and devices including printers. Communicates with users to determine needs, timeframe, and other assistance that may be required.

  • Maintain current technology standards for department

  • Manages the Information Technology inventory and materials management plan

  • Maintains competency


  • Associate's Degree 1-2 years experience

  • HS diploma or equivalent 2 years experience accepted in lieu of a degree

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $19.19, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
