WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Hallmark is hiring an Informatica Administrator for our Retail Division. At Hallmark, our Software Development division is critical to helping Hallmark be successful in a digital marketplace. We play a leadership role in identifying, developing and managing technology and process solutions; we proactively partner with business areas to develop new capabilities, build reliable solutions and efficiently manage the corporation’s investment in technology and end-to-end processes.
This position is in the Hallmark Retail organization working with Hallmark Retail Marketing and Enterprise Consumer Brand experience initiatives. Key technology priorities include: driving sales through Marketing and Consumer Brand CX initiatives utilizing the Cloud based Informatica C360 platform.
This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the latest technology being deployed and to be on the front-line of enabling strategic business change at Hallmark. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Work with business system analysts to review MDM trust and match/merge rules to identify any opportunities for improvement.
Gain an understanding for the Consumer data flowing into the Hallmark MDM and provide recommendations for mastering improvements over time.
Work with Informatica managed services team to coordinate upgrades, installations and server restarts. Informatica team is ultimately responsible for actual installation and server maintenance, but this resource will need to help coordinate and verify those activities.
Work with API and batch ETL developers to educate them on the C360 data model and C360 business entity services.
Participate in administrative activities related to MDM platform including but not limited to MDM hub, Process Server, Active VOS, Provisioning and IDD/C360 UI.

The following is required to be considered for this role:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
3+ years hands on experience in administering enterprise level deployments of MDM, ETL or other similar software products including debugging and performance tuning.
3+ years hands on experience working with an enterprise scale RDMS; Preferably Oracle or SQL Server
1+ year of code migration experience.
Your resume will stand out if you have:
1+ years of administering the Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) product
Ability to work in an on-call, after hours capacity.
Ability to clearly articulate, document and communicate problem and resolution plans
Experience defining and/or configuring MDM data matching and trust rules
Experience working with Informatica's Services Integration Framework (SIF) or Business Entity Services (BES).
Experience with consumer/person/party related MDM solutions a plus
Experience with or exposure to the Informatica Data Quality of Informatica Power Center products
Experience working with a data governance organization to review and steward master data
Experience with AzureDevOps
Experience Agile project methodologies
Awareness or experience with Amazon AWS hosted applications and S3
Hands on experience to analyze and develop/debug
