NBH Bank Imaging Specialist II (KCMO) at Bank Midwest in Kansas City, Missouri

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following sets forth the primary responsibilities of this job, but is not an exhaustive list. The Bank, through its managers and supervisors, reserves the right to assign any additional duties necessary to meet the needs of our clients, associates and/or shareholders.

  • Responsible for imaging new and renewed Consumer 1-4 Residential Family loan files including prepping, scanning and indexing.

  • Image Consumer 1-4 Residential Family paid release packets.

  • Monitor and work requests from the Loan Operations BMW Files e-mail group mail box.

  • Ensure all original documents are secured in fire proof cabinets overnight that have not yet been imaged.

  • Update and maintain the Loan Origination Log of all loan files assigned that have been imaged.

  • Work subpoena request by providing loan files (original loan file or PDF file) to the legal department.

  • Work requests to provide loan files to the compliance department.

  • Complete monthly compliance training within deadlines; follow internal processes and controls as required.

  • Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

  • Interact with others (co-workers, management, clients, and vendors) in a professional and tactful manner including treating them with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.


Required: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 year of relevant job experience.


  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience

  • Skill and knowledge to perform all functions of the Imaging Specialist I

  • Prior imaging experience preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The following is intended to give an overview of the work environment of the position, but is not an exhaustive list.

  • Office setting with traditional hours.

  • Sitting for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

  • Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

  • Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
