Under the general supervision of the Network Operations Manager the Help Desk Technician will prioritize and address incoming IT Help Desk requests and provide technology support from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. during our busy season.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provides day-to-day Help Desk support to local and remote users.

  • Configures, installs, and supports corporate IT hardware, including PC and Mac workstations, local and network printers, uninterruptable power supplies, barcode scanners, and other equipment and peripherals.

  • Installs, configures, and supports corporate and third-party software applications.

  • Ensure software conforms to corporate security and licensing guidelines.

  • Troubleshoots hardware/software performance issues.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Need for this Position

  • PC and Mac hardware.

  • Windows and Mac operating systems.

  • Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with any of the following is a plus:

  • SQL Server databases.

  • Adobe Creative Suite software applications.

  • Microsoft Visual Studio or other programming languages.

  • Mobile devices (RF terminals, tablets).
