As an Associate with DST Pharmacy Solutions, you will be part of an organization that promotes better health outcomes for consumers through clinical and technological innovations. We accomplish this by leveraging the robust technology foundation and powerful analytic resources that are the core of DST, with industry leading clinical expertise and strategic pharmacy and healthcare solutions. You will join a team that is redefining the value of pharmacy in healthcare through the integration of advanced analytics, clinical insights and transformative digital capabilities.
Participates in the initiation, requirements, design, testing, and conversion/implementation phases of a project to develop, modify, or implement effective information systems solutions. Is typically assigned responsibility for full life cycle participation on smaller scope projects or multiple phases of the life cycle on larger, more complex projects. Conducts comprehensive client interviews to research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverables. Demonstrates a solid understanding of DST’s products, business processes, and development life cycle. Demonstrates technical proficiency with various software tools, utilities, methodologies, and concepts.
Serve as Product Owner for Print & Mail products (Transition Letters, Explanation of Benefits, etc.). This includes
Participating in strategic direction
Daily operations for products we support
Verification of key performance indicator
Validation of billing
Operational process improvements
Implementation of operational controls to improve the quality of our product delivery
Manage delivery process with 3rd party print vendors
Participate in regulatory and compliance reviews, guidance and audits
Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a high performing team
- Spanish translation a plus
