Solve Problems- Work on teams to design, develop and implement HR Systems.

Assisting with daily production support activities for assigned systems
Work with stakeholders to understand needs and assist with development plans for meeting those needs
Assist with the development of project charters, scope documents, conceptual design documents, test plans, and project workplans/timelines.
Assist with activities during requirements definition, design, construction and testing phases of projects.
Assist with the development and delivery of user training on system(s) functionality.
Create and deliver periodic status reports.

Knowledge of Human Resource practices/processes preferred
Experience working in a DevOps on an Azure platform is a plus
What you'll bring to the team... :
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Development, or a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
3 years Minimum related work experience
Strong technical aptitude and be familiar with working on back end product setups, change control, data mapping, reporting, vendor management and user security
Demonstrated decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
