WHAT YOU’LL DO
Guide end users through hardware setup processes.
Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems.
Recommend and/or perform actions to correct problems.
For application, software, or data issues, understand the reported situation enough to assign initial severity level before escalation to support teams in IT.
Use the eScreen Call Tracking System to fully document and log all technical support events, inquiries, and resolutions.
Monitor service desk queue, including being responsible for customer support via our ticketing system, installing applications, troubleshooting issues, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
One year related experience and/or training;
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 experience required.
Experience with FDA requirements in a medical device manufacturing and software environment is desirable.
Understanding of basic PC configurations, software systems, and networking technologies is required.
