Academy Technical Solution Analyst
As an Academy Technical Solution Analyst, you provide functional and technical expertise to our clients and collaborate with project teams who are implementing Cerner software. Much of your time will be spent troubleshooting service requests, retesting workflows, resolving client incidents and maintaining frontend and backend applications while creating documentation throughout the duration of an issue. As you work with Cerner technologies, you prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of customer service work experience
U.S. work authorization required
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area
Provide on-call support when needed
Willing to work on a flexible schedule as needed
