Center Hours: 6:00 – 12 am, 7 days a week shift could be different days of the week (candidates must be Flexible)

Location: Joplin, MO

Duration: Permanent Role

Direct Hire

Must be flexible to work a 2nd shift and one weekend day per week. Training shift could be days or 2nd shift but production shift (mid day to late evening) hours will be on 2nd shift.

Site Hours of Operation: Call Center has extended hours and weekends but waiting for confirmation of hours

Job Description:

• Responsible for all customer inquiries and questions

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

• Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner

• Troubleshoot equipment and system problems

• Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call

• Enters data from customers into various software programs

• Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries

• Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

• Participates in additional training courses when needed

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor

• Exercise retention efforts when appropriate

• Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms

• Assisting the customer with the correct price plan

Minimum Qualifications:

· Must be 18 years or older

· Legally authorized to work in US

· Work Full Time

· Type 25 WPM

· High School Diploma or GED

· Demonstrate Empathy

· 6 months or greater customer service experience

· Successful completion of BI Check & Drug Screen

· Navigate Multiple Windows

· Computer Knowledge

· Ability to follow instructions

· Excellent Verbal Skills/Communication
