The Position
Cleo is looking for a client focused, B2B Data Integration / EDI Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team to provide consultative solutions. This position can be based out of Pottsville, PA or work remotely from anywhere in the US – it is all about finding the right fit! Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with data translation tools and software and have an interest in working directly with clients to provide consultative solutions based on their business needs.
What you will be doing
Analyzing data, integration requirements, and business processes needed to design, build, and implement customized solutions for Cleo clients
Working to become an expert on Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures
Demonstrating excellent customer service so that every customer receives supreme value from Cleo solutions
Ensuring the customer’s solution is configured and technically deployed to specification, accurately, and on-time
Working effectively with team members and other departments to complete projects successfully
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or related technical degree from a four-year college or university
5-10 years of experience with B2B processing, EDI integration, application integration, data mapping and translation (EDI, Flat File, XML, and JSON formats)
5+ years of experience with multiple traditional EDI platforms / data transformation products such as: Gentran Server, Sterling Integrator, TLE, WebMethods, Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.
1-5 years of experience with iPaaS, especially EDI thru iPaaS
3+ years of in Manufacturing / Wholesale, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics and/or Warehouse Logistics (3PL)
Prior experience in a technical consulting or technical services role
