ABOUT THE JOB
The Dell Digital Media Analyst will extract customer reviews and FAQ’s from manufacturer and retailer social media sites utilizing aggregator response tools. The Analyst will respond directly to customer questions or product feedback and reviews, and convey end-user friendly data to the Trainer and Dell, including common themes and trends. In this remote work from home role, it’s imperative to have a keen eye for detail and a customer service attitude to create a more efficient ecosystem.

Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description:
Extract customer reviews and FAQs from BazaarVoice/Sprinkler/Amazon Vendor Central for retail e-commerce platforms
Research customer reviews, specific focus on lower rating (i.e. 3 stars and below), and provide relevant responses
Respond to customer FAQs with specific solution aligned with approved verbiage
Liaise with Dell Product Group/Quality Control/other support teams for reviews where team is unable to find relevant information
Create dashboards weekly with exec. summary as well as insights on key products using Sprinklr and BazaarVoice tools
Support the digital strategy team in reporting and analytics for social media, web, and paid media campaigns
Manage the tracking, prioritization, and segmentation of issues and opportunities, with the ability to synthesize and distil complex issues
Identify and issue reports on emerging or urgent global topics and trends

Qualifications:
1-3 years of work experience as a social media analyst, or similar role
Bachelor's in public relations, marketing, social media management, business communications, or related field preferred
Superior client service and demonstrated ability to grow client relationships
Ability to translate client goals and demonstrate value through digital plans
Experience with Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr, Sysomos and/or other social listening platforms
Experience analyzing user engagement (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)
Strong research skills and ability to translate the research to a solid presentation
Capacity to think holistically about a client's business
