Meet Our Team:
As a key member of the Cloud Engineering organization you will work with some of the largest companies in the world to architect and design cloud native deployments of Pega software at scale. You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, analysts, business officers, and other groups to ensure the successful deployment of Pega software.

This position can be based remotely or sit out of our HQ in Cambridge, MA.
What You'll Do at Pega:
Work with clients as a technology subject matter expert to guide them on their journey to deploy and operate Pega solutions on their managed cloud
Engage closely with clients to establish best practices for operating Pega
Advise clients on deployment strategy on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Provide updates regarding specific success criteria and achievement of deliverables to the technology architecture organization within the Technical Services Operations (TSO) organization
Gather feedback and metrics from clients
Identify and report challenges with technical issues
Who You Are:
BS in computer science and 7+ years experience in a technical consulting capacity in a cloud based SAAS technology enterprise
Expertise with a Public Cloud Service (AWS, Azure, GCP) and and related cloud native technologies:
Architecture, design, and build
Networking
Security
Logging and Monitoring
Proficiency with Kubernetes:
Scalability
Upgrades
High availability
Management
Profiency with cloud native tools and techniques:
Docker
Git
CI/CD
Helm/Terraform
A desire to learn GCP if not already an area of proficiency.
