Guidehouse Health Sector Training Analyst - Consultant in Jefferson City, Missouri

Responsibilities

As a Training Analyst, your primary responsibilities will be to educate users on a workflow automation software through developing and delivering virtual training, maintaining a central repository of user resources on SharePoint, authoring a monthly newsletter, responding to individual user inquiries, and analyzing relevant data to author monthly reporting. No prior experience with the workflow automation software is needed. The ideal applicant has prior experience supporting a project team in a federal government environment.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree• Healthcare experience and/or federal government experience (Veterans Affairs experience preferred)• 2 years of demonstrated relevant experience in the areas of virtual training development and delivery, public speaking, team management, leadership, project management, process improvement, human capital, and organizational change• Ability to analyze business processes and improvement initiatives to evaluate their effectiveness• Ability to collaborate with various users to identify their needs and provide technical assistance• Experience developing communications for internal and external stakeholders, including monthly newsletters• Experience developing and managing business processes• Experience building relationships with executive level clients and business owners• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft suite to include Teams and SharePoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Project Management Professional (PMP) /or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification desired but not required
