The opportunity

Our EPM team helps apply cutting-edge technology and techniques to bringsolutions to our clients. You will help our clients navigate the complex worldof Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design andimplementation support. Our Advisory Seniors specialize inserving EY clients by guiding them through complex systems of forecasting, planning, budgeting and the integration with analytical and reporting solutions.

We’ll look to you to provide our clients witha unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improvetheir entire organization – starting with key business issues they face. Your keyresponsibilities

You’llspend most of your time managing client engagement teams, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and managing business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

  • Stayingabreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client'sbusiness

  • Effectivelymanaging and motivating client engagement teams with diverse skills andbackgrounds. Providing constructive on- the- job feedback/coaching to teammembers.

  • Fosteringan innovative and inclusive team- oriented work environment. Playing an activerole in counselling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization

  • Cultivatingand managing business development opportunities. Developing and maintaininglong- term client relationships and networks.

  • Assistingin the strategy and implementation of EPM tools, processes and transformationalsolutions.

To qualify for therole you must have

  • Abachelor's degree and approximately two to three years of related workexperience; or a graduate degree and approximately two years of related workexperience

  • Aminimum of two years’ experience in providing complex consultative services inthe following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting,forecasting or BI reporting

  • Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPMsolutions landscape (e.g. Hyperion Planning, HFM, OneStream, Anaplan, Tagetik,Essbase, Hyperion, Essbase, SQL, PBCS, FCCS).

  • Astrong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts andpractices for EPM

  • Proventrack record of understanding business challenges and translating them intovalue add solutions - strong analytical and problem- solving skills - activelyparticipate in brainstorming, identifying core issues and effectively findingand using data to manage complex analysis

  • Ourcandidates have a variety of backgrounds including:

  • Financialanalyst and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) support

  • SystemsAdmins for EPM solutions

  • LongRange planner

  • Strategicplanner

  • Capitalplanner

  • Implementationconsultant

  • Stronganalytical and problem- solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communicationskills

  • Awillingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%. A validdriver’s license in the US and a valid passport required; willingness andability to travel internationally

Ideally, you’llalso have

  • Degreeemphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, orIT preferred
