Responsible for facilitating the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios for the Commercial and Specialty Division . Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Monitors projects to ensure deliverables are met.
Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
Oversees budget and forecast and monitors overall portfolio health .
Leads portfolio planning activities across CSBD including annual initiative business case funding process.
Provides strategic direction and refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines.
Oversees steering and advisory committees in creating executive documents.
Manages the initiative intake and execution readiness process.
Supports business units (markets and segments) with their strategic needs and upfront operational needs.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 8 years of experience in healthcare industry that includes large scale strategic planning, consulting; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Solid understanding of technology, systems, IT organizational structure, asset management, configuration management, project management, and service level management required. Knowledge of managed care market operations and processes preferred. MBA preferred. Travel may be required.
