Role Summary:

This role will be a key leader on the Advance team that will focus their efforts on driving assigned projects by partnering with the business and accelerating implementation through the utilization of Lean, Six Sigma, Fast works, and other CAP methodologies. The Advance team leads, executes and manages cross-functional strategic projects as determined by GEHC leadership. They focus on driving outcomes such as margin improvement, process excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Drives and is accountable for operational excellence of assigned program(s), with duties including project large scale program management & reviews, financial analysis & reporting, feasibility analysis, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, resourcing, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program

  • Clearly communicates program status, issues, risks, plans, etc. to senior management

  • Manages activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s)

  • Maintains effective working relationships with peers and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization

  • Coordinates program support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, requirements gathering, development, implementation, testing and training plans, and ensuring the successful transition to the functional owners

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

  • Aware of and complies with the change management work instruction as applicable

  • Develop an open quality culture within the organization that fosters issue discussion and decision-making based on quality and compliance objectives Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualificiations:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience in a business environment

  • Demonstrated program/project management experience in a global environment, including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, requirements gathering, risk management, and communication

  • Process improvement experience, knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies & in-depth understanding of related processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, teamwork, networking skills, collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills; Ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization

  • Analytic, creative and business focused problem solver

  • Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Prior experience using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
