PDS Tech Inc Support Planning & Management Specialist 4 in Hazelwood, Missouri

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Support Planning & Management Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.

Description:

  • Leads and executes significant elements of the integrated support program activities for an established or follow-on program to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Leads plans and schedules development and supports trade studies for support programs for multiple platforms and systems. Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification. Establishes leads and executes test plans and validates support requirements for product design.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leading program integration efforts associated with Production, Supply Chain, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, Tech Pubs, Support Equipment, Facilities, and Field Service

  • Shaping and providing integration of new Saudi business efforts such as new weapons, radar upgrades, and compliance modifications for other F-15 Saudi aircraft variants

  • Leads multiple customer-facing meetings with the United States Air Force customer on a recurring basis

  • Leads recurring meetings to support Field Service Reps in country

Export Control:

  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship

  • 5+ years’ experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform

  • 1+ years experience in multiple elements of integrated logistics support for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with more than one of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)

  • Experience in DoD proposal development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Integrated Logistics experience on international defense programs

  • Experience managing an external customer relationship

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Knowledge of Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs)

  • Earned Value Management Silver Medallion certification

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
