PDS Tech Inc Support Planning & Management Specialist 3 in Hazelwood, Missouri

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Support Planning & Management Specialist in Hazelwood, MO.


  • Executes elements of support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.

  • Develops support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.

  • Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Integrates with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) disciplines to include field service, supply support, quality, engineering, retrofit, technical publications, and maintenance training

  • Participation in recurring customer meetings

  • Leading recurring Depot Maintenance Activation Working Group Meetings (DMAWGs)

  • Coordination and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items

  • Aircraft Modification Kit Procurement Tracking & Oversight

  • Limited domestic travel may be required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship

  • 1+ Yrs Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. past experience with one or more of the following disciplines: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, Supply Chain)

  • 1+ Yrs Experience supporting military aircraft modifications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Current security clearance

  • Experience managing an external customer relationship

  • Experience in utilizing Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs)

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
