Manager Business Support
The Manager, Business Support will be the primary role charged with overseeing the day to day and tactical execution of the department, as well as providing key support to the Vice President of Digital Solutions.
Oversee processing, assembly and execution of operational financial performance metrics and statistics, including the adherence to reporting and processing deadlines for the department within the realms of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bad debt and other critical reporting categories.
Develop and Implement robust practices and operational cadence to lead the function’s budget, headcount, operational capabilities and analytics oversight efforts.
Ensure alignment with and support the interactions necessary for cross business line implementations.
Provide oversight for budgets and budget process, contracts, coordinate with central shared services groups.
Provides oversight and guidance to high impact projects, as required by the VP
Work closely with the Directors of Operations and finance team on forecasting and strategic activities as directed.
Plans key business activities and provides direction and preparation for the leadership of the Digital Solution business line across internal leadership meetings, operational and QBR reviews, and vendor meetings.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
Successful performance in this role will require contemporary knowledge pertinent to federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes surrounding financial reporting. In addition, knowledge of accounting and financial systems such as those used by Oracle or other business reporting and consolidation databases is critically important. Finally, the ability to understand, analyze and organize complex financial data and trends.
At least 4 years of external expertise related to financial processing, financial analytics and administration at a leadership level. Internal experience relative to Iron Mountain including Operations (Kofax, E2E and SKP+) is strongly preferred.
The job requires the ability to make judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of management.
Quick learner and problem solver who can deliver innovative ideas and approaches when faced with new issues or challenges.
Education/Experience: 4-year college degree/4 – 7 years.
