The Solution Implementation Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing the R&F commerce store-front website, digital programs, and related interface systems to support the R&F Rewards platform environment, capture sold program revenue, and drive increased GP.

Scope

The position works in conjunction and collaboration with MMS agency account and Rewards Studio teams; R&F Engagement Marketing teams, R&F Store Operations teams, R&F Portfolio Lifecycle Management teams (and R&F Global as necessary) to analyze business requirements and implement them in the store-front website, digital programs, and all necessary upstream and downstream systems. The position will drive GP impact through ensuring that sold program revenue is captured correctly through the commerce platform solution, as well as through marketing and merchandising tactics that drive increased redemption in the same commerce platform solution.

Reports to leadership within Store Operations.

Works actively across Rewards and Fulfillment and client teams to deliver the best client and participant rewards experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• 40%

Develop deep functional understanding of, and act as SME, for a wide variety of R&F commerce systems. Develop “trusted advisor” business partner relationships with a wide variety of internal MMS and R&F and external stakeholders. Perform functional analysis and obtain clarification when necessary on a wide-variety of commerce solution requests. Assist in fulfilling leading-edge online marketing and merchandising tactics using available R&F solution technology.

Configure and deploy functional solutions in the appropriate R&F commerce platform environment. Plan and execute quality assurance testing for all applicable platforms. Coordinate project planning, development, and execution activities with other teams. Act as single point of contact for and interface with requesting individuals / teams / 3rd parties. Perform site audits on an ongoing and regular basis to ensure solutions are up-to-date and accurate. Perform basic project management to manage and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.

Proactively research and identify trends in online merchandising and marketing. Participate in special interest groups and associations to develop an appreciation for industry and client needs. Maintain required solution documentation for interfacing with requestors and to support R&F internal processes, including audit. Provide status reporting on solution development. Analyzes solution results to assess quantitative results, determine whether the client’s expectations were realized, and identify solution strengths and weaknesses. Partner with other R&F business, financial, and data analysts when necessary to develop robust analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Information Management, or the like.

  2. 3+ years of e-commerce or retail business experience, preferably in merchandising, marketing, or systems / digital production.

  3. 3+ years of experience with packaged ecommerce solutions.

  4. Demonstrated experience with website strategy, site functionality, and end-user experience in a transactional environment, in leading-edge online marketing and merchandising tactics, and in analysis and working with multiple digital content providers.

  5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel while working in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail with the ability to work well with corporate and cross functional teams as well as 3rd party partners.

  7. Strong oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, analytical skills, and proofreading skills.

  8. Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
