Kelly Services QA Tester in Earth City, Missouri
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest American Banks in the country.
Location: Earth City, MO
This is a contract to hire role . Candidate must be eligible for direct W2 employment without sponsorship.
The QA Tester will be responsible for planning, executing, controlling and closing of the testing deliverables for a project or projects. You will:
Develops and maintains the test plan.
Manages testing communications for all project work assigned.
Manages the testing tasks and deliverables.
Completes the test status report.
Documents and manages project issues, clarifications, and defects.
Identifies and communicates project risks proactively.
Manages the test plan for risk mitigation and contingencies.
Escalates problems as necessary.
In collaboration with project team members, creates required test documents.
Assist in analyzing, dispositioning and assigning post-production defects.
Participates in lessons learned and sees project to completion.
Follows established methodology, processes and templates within the CMO.
Bachelors’ Degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
Experience of Mortgage industry is highly desirable.
Understands the overall testing environment i.e. make-up of the organization and interdependencies as it relates to moving change through the lifecycle.
Understanding of banking and mortgage industry is preferred.
Must have generally understanding of how the different functional areas fit together and how work and projects get done.
Business analysis experience with understanding of the BRD (Business Requirements Document) and FR (Functional Requirements) process, as well as working with User Stories and related tracking methods is highly desirable.
Ability to work in collaborative Agile workspace.
