Consumer Analytics Ld NA


The primary responsibilities of this role, Consumer Analytics Lead North America, are to:

  • Consult country level projects that seek to advance their consumer and digital analytics capabilities;

  • Drive country level implementation of global consumer analytics products and initiatives;

  • Define, develop and execute analytical product(s) strategy, features and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners to make ongoing buy/build or partner decisions;

  • Lead and manage an external team that designs and implements new analytical product(s) in an agile fashion;

  • Ensure governance on corporate standard digital analytics framework and ensure customer focus by managing actively data privacy requirements;

  • Onboard and guide technical resources for consumer analytics digital ecosystem implementations and provide active coordination for global marketing, local marketing, global implementation partners, local agencies and local IT;

  • Ensure analytical products generate insights to accelerate data driven culture and decision making in Bayer Consumer Health;

  • Ensure all products have considered business value/outcomes, usability, viability, and feasibility.


Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of working experience in the field of digital analytics, digital marketing or e-commerce;

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing science or equivalent;

  • Self-starter and capable to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of Google digital ecosystem such as campaign manager and display and video 360, Google Ads and search ads 360;

  • Google Analytics certification;

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing processes and the IT tools that support them;

  • Affinity for building up collaboration and trust with diverse stakeholders from various hierarchy levels (e.g. marketers, developers, senior managers and IT business partners);

  • Demonstrated networking capability and business acumen as well as understanding of data privacy requirements for the use of digital analytics and marketing;

  • Result-driven working style as well as proven project management skills;

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of statistical / data analysis software such as MATLAB/SAS/SPSS.
