Duration: 12 months
Major Accountabilities: Envision state of the art solutions and identify new opportunities to improve users experience (UX) and overall delight of our platform in partnership with POs, designers, and others. Coordinate and conduct appropriate user experience techniques to enable advanced product visions process including design, research and evaluation. Collaboratively define journey maps to provide priority input for R&D research platform pillar initiatives. Identify and collaborate on story boards, workflows, and other high level conceptualization materials. Analyze and present user evaluation results to a wide range of audiences. Make design recommendations via wireframes based on research and expertise. Educate business owners, product owners, and developers on the importance of UX principles. Assist with the development and maintenance of personas. Remain current in UX-related research and developments. Investigate, evaluate and recommend new and emerging UX techniques, technologies, and methodology process improvements. Requires a degree or 3-5 years experience in field or related area.
- The product designer will work with Business partners, Product managers, dev teams to understand business process, workflow, create product concept, then detail product feature design. Product designer collaborates with different stakeholder to help provide innovative solution to business problem via human-center.
