Build a culture of continuous learning and enablement by identifying and implementing learning technology strategy and solutions aligned to the Centene University mission and vision.
Provide technical leadership and governance for all aspects of Centene University learning systems and operations
Consult with the business on the use of learning technology solutions and identify which blend of technologies are most appropriate given business and user experience requirements
Mobilize and lead internal team(s) to maintain, support and provide governance for all aspects of Centene University learning systems
Lead evaluation and data analysis for Centene University learning technologies and operations
Lead large scale projects successfully in a fast paced environment
Balance multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Use forward thinking methodologies and tools to contribute to the development of Centene University’s necessary infrastructure to grow extraordinary leaders
Serve as a coach and inspire the team and others to be better, building an inclusive work environment where individuals have the support to learn, generate ideas and solve programs every day
Provide thought leadership pertaining to current industry trends and recommend / incorporate into Centene University processes and programs
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of learning management experience including learning/content management systems and/or multimedia/authoring tools, assessment/evaluation tools. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC), micro learning, simulations, Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual reality, augmented reality, self-paced and video-based learning experience preferred.
Up to 40% travel is required for this role.
