Centene Corporation Senior HRIS Client Relationship Manager in Clayton, Missouri
Professional Position Purpose: Leads projects supporting Human Resources by utilizing HR tools, systems and data. Builds strong relationships with client groups, understanding their needs and communicating work accomplished. Guides HRIS staff to research and develop tools and project plans that support the HR mission and business needs. Mentors project staff members. Helps develop strategies and HR Systems roadmap. Works closely with team members to ensure alignment and quality delivery.
Leads functional components of projects related to HR systems, tools and initiatives. Lead functional testing, documentation and training. Partners with HRIT and outside consultants to achieve successful completion of projects.
Researches and determines resolution of HR systems and technical issues.
Ensures client needs/requirements are met by utilizing defined reports and detailed analysis; facilitate improvements as needed.
Recommends synergies and opportunities for process improvements. Manages and coordinates HR System updates and Workday EIBs. Understands and coordinates impacts with HRIS and HRIT resources. Determines information standards applied to HR business group.
Determines alternative technology solutions to achieve client needs; creates strong relationships to gain influence and agreement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
5-6 years of experience in HRIT, HRIS, or HR project management.
- PMP/SPHR preferred
