Centene Corporation Manager, Organizational Development in Clayton, Missouri
Centene has an exciting opportunity for a best in class thought-leader with experience in Organizational Development to join our team! This position will be responsible for managing the evolution and implementation of Centene’s Continuous Listening strategy and supporting enterprise-wide employee engagement initiatives.
Our ideal candidate will have domain expertise and knowledge of science and best practice in continuous listening, employee engagement, and survey design/execution. Previous experience with multi-site, multi-functional organizations and the ability to work within a multinational corporation with people from various cultures and areas of the business is essential. The selected candidate will have prior people management experience (preferred) as well as a background and capability in data analysis and reporting. The ability to influence and drive change through consultation to all levels of management will be key to the overall success of the selected candidate. Master’s degree preferred.
Plan and implement organizational development programs to enhance performance and quality of employees.
Plan and implement programs, processes, systems and technologies to support the company’s mission
Conduct and communicate succession planning, reporting and succession management plans with senior management
Perform organizational needs analysis, recommend action plan and lead the implementation as it relates to organizational development
Develop and maintain performance management, including 360 instruments, competency models, and opinion/climate
Develop and implement appropriate interventions for performance improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and interventions and resolve identified issues or concerns
Perform group development and team building opportunities and training
Provide one on one and group performance coaching for management
Design, implement, and present classroom training
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. 5+ years of organizational development or training experience.
