As the OCM lead on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Communications

  • Develop and maintain a comms plan

  • Help draft and refine communications content

  • Develop a consistent format and style for comms

  • Develop and maintain distribution lists for various stakeholder audiences

  • Ensure comms are develop and sent on set cadences in addition to ad hoc comms

  • Create a newsletter and “newsflash” bulletins for broad distribution

  • Content Management

  • Build out a SharePoint site for public consumption; FAQs, news, artifacts, more info, discussion board, etc

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain a stakeholder matrix

  • Ensure that stakeholder groups are kept informed with relevant information

  • Build a relationship with key stakeholders and gain an understanding of their needs, concerns and interests

  • Organize and manage overall touchpoints for given stakeholder groups

  • Organize and conduct surveys

  • Branding and Marketing

  • Lead development of messaging, identity management

  • Lead development of branding and marketing collateral

  • Provide email, Word, PowerPoint and other templates with consistent branding and style

  • Organizational Change

  • Work with leadership to identify and plan for myriad change impacts to various communities

  • Develop a change management plan

  • Advise and consult leadership on all things OCM

Lead leading the OCM activities of large scale, very complex, cross-functional initiatives, playing a key role in ensuring that change initiatives meet program objectives by increasing associate adoption and usage.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years of organizational change management. In-depth knowledge of Change Management operations, policies, procedures, standards and existing technology and systems environments. Project and program management experience.

Change Management Certification (e.g.PROSCI) preferred
