Oracle Recruiting Research Manager in Chesterfield, Missouri
A critical driver for talent identification and strategic knowledge acquisition and management.
This leader and their team will be responsible for independently or jointly conceiving search strategies and ultimately delivering highly relevant prospects to the recruiting team. Develop and mentor a high-quality research team to support and meet the significant hiring needs of Oracle across the globe. This individual will oversee proprietary internal databases, curate and archive information, and develop highly-efficient methods of extracting and automating access to information. Owns talent mapping and organizational structure mapping. Identifies new research techniques to access specialist talent pools. Creates and owns a database of companies, skills, and people relevant to Oracle talent projects. Develop and mentor team members, held accountable to consistently deliver with excellence reflecting commitment to a performance driven culture. Build and drive tailored research campaigns targeting specific skills and talent groups. Build pipeline of talent in all areas and engage talent communities of future talent. Partner with other HR team members on broad HR initiatives and projects to develop solutions, processes, policies, tools, etc. Establish meaningful relationships, credibility and trust with stakeholders and peers to foster a positive team environment working toward common goals. Manage tool spend for the team, exploring alternative sources each year to drive efficiency and reduce cost.
Minimum of 5 years sourcing/leadership research experience, within executive search or corporate leadership recruiting function. Technology industry experience preferred. Possesses significant internet research experience, including the use of Boolean search and research resources. Has populated, maintained and managed proprietary internal databases. Significant experience extracting insights and information from a variety of sources. Ability to distill and communicate insights from large data sets and complex sources. Proven experience overseeing high volume recruiting research and project support. Strong customer service and relationship building skills. Strong business acumen and executive presence. Capability to continually prioritize workloads and deliver quality results under tight deadlines. Demonstrated use of metrics and analytics to help influence and drive informed planning and decision making. Has built and developed high performing teams. Nimble thinker able to make thoughtful decisions in dynamic environments. Capable problem solver, stimulates creative ways of looking at things. Ability to drive collaborative and encourages cross-functional team work to create a sense of common purpose. Proven ability to partner with business leaders to successfully drive initiatives and gain their commitment and support. A Bachelors degree is preferred.
