Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Are you an individual that is passionate about the cloud and enjoys working being a critical part of our decision-making process? We are looking for a* Program Manager to join our Regulated Markets team *at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in the Austin, TX. You will be responsible for:
Driving our compliance roadmap by performing regulatory due diligence efforts that align with data center expansion/global builds.
Identifying and advocating for compliance enablers through market research and partnering with local subject experts to assess impact.
Regularly collaborating with internal teams, including (but not limited to) sales, compliance, security, legal, global standards, and service teams in order to build compliance assessment documents, which aid leadership in critical decisions.
Streamlining and developing processes and deliverables that support OCI senior leadership decision making.
Possessing a comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations in foreign territories and various regulated markets such as automotive, financial services, healthcare, and public sector, all of which is utilized to assess impacts to our compliance posture.
Develop scalable models specific to compliance assessments, which will support the OCI expansion efforts and streamline key functions within the regulated market organization.
Develop and ensure the implementation of a compliance roadmap for several business critical regions by performing compliance assessments on key compliance frameworks and aligning regional requirements with data center expansions and global builds.
Collaborate with solution engineers and leadership and conducted extensive market research to identify compliance enablers, which could excel the sales opportunities within a foreign region.
Partner with subject experts in each region to determine the impacts of not pursuing a specific program and build documentation and metrics to advocate for the pursuit of a specific compliance program.
Managing stakeholder expectations and delivering results.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Strong verbal and written communication.
4 years of experience in project management, internal/external audit, and/or customer enablement.
Analytical skills, reporting, and metrics creating skills.
Ability to quickly adapt and support multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Ability to conduct detailed research and summarize complex material at an executive level.
Ability to work autonomously/independently in an environment with frequently shifting priorities and deadlines when necessary.
