Nearly all support services are provided via phone and remote control, however there may be occasions which require travel.Core Functions: - Deployment and de-provisioning of computers, accessories, and mobile devices - Provide Company staff with IT related support via Email, Chat, and Phone - Participate in support coverage during business hours as well as after-hours - Assist in the development and formalization of current and future processes - Participate as a team-member in large-scale office moves, software deployments, etc. - Monitor the IT Support ticket queue and ensure all requests for service are handled on a timely basis while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Help drive improvements in support effectiveness though greater automation of tasks and improved monitoring of systems - Create documentation to be published in a variety of formats that will assist users and other IT employees in performing tasks - Participate in our Configuration and Asset Management processes to ensure computers are well managed throughout their life-cycle Competencies - Customer Service: Must have the desire and motivation to help people in a courteous, efficient, effective manner, even when working in difficult situations against tight deadlines. - Communications Skills: Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate technical support information to non-technical staff verbally over the phone, in person, and in written form. - Teamwork: Work as a team member in a manner that builds high morale and group commitment to shared goals and objectives.Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
