_About the Oracle Global Business Unit (GBU) Data Analyst Intern Position:_Oracle is seeking an Intern to join its Global Business Unit (GBU) Support team. The successful candidate will focus on Project Management activities to help manage transition and transformation projects to allow team to align with departmental goals relating to automation and financial accountability._Summary of responsibilities:_The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of internal project management lifecycle ranging from information gathering for discovery purposes, scope definition and planning stages through to execution and delivery. The successful candidate will:
Coordinate work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project specifications
Performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
Review current internal team processes, update related documentation, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints
Collaborate with our team data management lead to review our current interaction with another team that manages a critical dashboard environment and suggest ways that we can improve on our contributions to that data repository
Evaluate opportunities to streamline our contributions to a current, long-term tool platform conversion project
Projects likely to involve newly created Pandemic Applications or Support Finance with process refinement and optimization alongside customer experience._Required Skills and Experience:_US Veteran transitioning from active service or Military Spouse new to corporate experience preferred. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Finance, Data Science, Data Analytics, Health Science or related experience preferred including assisting with:
Must be a self-starter and able to thrive while collaborating in a team environment
Must demonstrate past project management or operational optimization experience
Flexible solutioning skills are required
Able to maintain multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Must have the ability to collaborate with multiple groups globally and work independently
Meticulous attention to detail and professional, polished work is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential
3 years of relevant experience or a combination of a degree and work experience.
Healthcare or Finance experience a plus
_Preferred Education and Experience:_BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Finance, Data Science, Data Analytics, Health Science or related experience preferred.
