Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

A Cloud Client Subscription Process Program Manager is responsible for the Food and Beverage Oracle Cloud Client Subscription ordering, fulfillment and Reman Process . Including Fixed POS, Mobile POS and POS accessories.

Skills and responsibilities required include:

Process Management experience is required (5 years preferred).

Ability to work with Oracle Internal Organizations including Revenue Recognition, Sales Compensation, Global Pricing, Supply chain Operations, Remanufacturing, Order Automation, Reseller, Partner programs, and consulting organization is a plus.

Strong organizational skills are important to drive new process proposals, pricing proposals and launch marketing collateral development.

Ability to drive deadlines and milestones to ensure meeting Oracle process deadlines.

Desire to learn, mitigate and challenge organizational processes.

Must be able to work without daily direction and anticipate future challenges and opportunities. Excellent Interpersonal communication skills (English language) are important to influence others to meet organizational guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

Oracle Operational Experience, Preferred

Mastery Level ability with Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, project and high level of competency with Excel

Experience in Restaurant or Retail management

Process engineering education preferred, MBA is a plus

Limited travel 20%
