Centene Corporation Business Analyst II - Training in Chesterfield, Missouri
Position Purpose:
Prepare training schedules; documentation; assessments, conduct training and assess trainee apprehension of course objectives for Marketplace business needs.
Learn and comprehend the day-to-day Marketplace Business Operation functions and then use that knowledge to train others
Creation of training materials, including assessments, to ensure adequate knowledge attainment
Identify and analyze requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes
Develop and incorporate organizational best practices into business application materials and training sessions
Lead problem solving and training coordination efforts between various business units
Assist with formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures
Manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. 2-4 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred. Project management experience preferred.
