Your role at PFH:
As a Behavior Analyst, you are responsible for planning, developing, and monitoring of behavioral supports service delivery. You will:
Conducts various descriptive and systematic behavioral and skill based assessments of problematic behavior through Functional Behavior Assessments.
Prepares Behavior Support Plans based on behavior analytic interpretation of results of assessments and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
Provides training and supervision of the implementation of Behavior Support Plans to all responsible parties tasked with implementation of behavior analytic interventions.
Completion of behavioral assessments resulting in written assessment and accompanying behavior support plan.
Collects, records, and summarizes data based on observable client behavior.
Assists in maintaining up-to-date graphs, summarizing and calculating data utilizing technological programs.
- Attend and actively participate in supervision sessions with the Director of ABA Services.

Eligibility for this position requires a graduate degree from an accredited graduate program in behavioral health-related field rendering eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Experience with developmental disability/mental health populations preferred.
Training on Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques preferred.
Graduate degree in a field rendering eligibility for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and Missouri Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure.
