What will I do in this position?
The SAP Financials Manager develops and designs technologies that improve the way our clients and the world works. Supporting the core of Accenture's Technology business, they are eager to learn and use that curiosity to solve Technology problems through developing, designing, and configuring software products or systems that enable client strategies. They use their versatility and experience to design technology solutions that meet client requirements from analysis to implementation.Design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goalsInteracts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Minimum of 7 years implementation experience SAP Finance (preferably S4HANA Finance, SAP FI/CO)
Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, including functional design, project planning, estimation and solution architecture
Minimum of 3 years Project Management experience
Functional expertise in General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Treasury
Experience managing teams of 10 people, including offshore teams
Ability to travel to client sites on weekly basis (100%)
Professional Skill Requirements
It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed. This role requires 100% travel flexibility to travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday - Thursday)
