The Boeing Company Software Engineer in Berkeley, Missouri
The Phantom Works (PW) Special Technology capability team within Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is currently looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join their team in Berkeley MO .
This position will focus on developing prototypes and new capabilities for web-applications and services that have highly-configurable data models. You will create data processing and analytics services, integrate with HoloLens and WebGL applications, optimize SQL queries, and flesh out user-facing functionality. This full-stack developer position will take you from web-design to authentication systems to WebGL interfacing to dev-ops engineering. If there is something you like to work on in the realm of web-development, chances are this position has projects related to it.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. top secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualification (Required Skills/Experience):
2 or more years of experience in web development
1 or more years of experience with backend development (Node.js/Java/ASP.Net/etc.)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing with TypeScript, Angular, GraphQL, Node.js, and SQL
Experience testing with Cypress and Jest
Experience with GitLab and CI / CD
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
