The Boeing Company is currently seeking a F15 Mission Systems Product Owner & Integrator to join the F-15 Mission Systems Team located in Saint Louis, MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development and documentation of electronic and electrical system requirements for the F-15 Program as part of a cross-functional agile team for the Mission Systems organization. Mission Systems is responsible for the design, development, and testing of avionics and mission software on the F-15, from radios to displays.
As a Product Owner & Integrator on the F-15 program you will:
Work with Product Managers to break down Epics and prioritize a backlog for your team
Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning
Identify corrective actions to improve team performance as part of the Team Retrospective conducted with the Scrum Master
Work with customers to develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements
Analyze and translates requirements into system, hardware and software designs and interface specifications
Tests and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
Solve problems concerning and providing other support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
Support resolution of product integration issues and production and flight test anomalies
On the team you will support subsystems working with the air to ground weapons.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.
Basic (Required) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
Able to travel 10% of the time
Preferred (Desired) Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
Experience with design and analysis of basic Electronic/Electrical Systems
Experience in an agile leadership role (Product Owner, Scrum Master, etc.)
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Clearquest, Git, DOORS
Strong collaboration and coordination skills
Current SAFe Certifications
Experience navigating Interface Control Documents (ICD’s)
Experience designing requirements with customers and documenting them
Experience with data analysis of system data
Experience with Test Driven Development
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
