For more information, visit enterprise.spectrum.com.Job SummaryThe Spectrum Enterprise Manager, Order Implementation is responsible for managing a team of Order Implementation Specialists, as well as matrix managing cross functional internal teams. This individual will be responsible for timely implementation of Complex Voice Services, and any other applicable service offerings to Enterprise client base. This position will ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved by overseeing implementation tasks. Major Duties and Responsibilities * Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. * Manage team of Order Implementation Specialists located in centers across the enterprise and cross functional internal teams as required to advance products Trunk Service PRI/SIP, Hosted Voice, and any other applicable service offerings National level customers across Spectrum Enterprise s footprint. * Support all voice communications internally/externally which could include PBX Telephony Systems, IP enabled and SIP/VoIP Telephony Systems, Billing Systems, Cellular Devices, Voicemail, and limited cable television * Communicate with prospective and existing customers directly to understand current voice network environment, business requirements, and short and long-term technical requirements. * Provide pre and post-sale support to Sales Engineers to ensure customer requirements met by product offering. * Manage 24x7 support model for trouble issues not resolved by first tier support. * Facilitate process improvement initiatives through the use of measurements, accountability, and analysis. * Manage ongoing operational support, communication and implementation of Enterprise products processes, system enhancements and software releases and provide business requirements to support system enhancements. * Define performance metrics and management of Salesforce performance dashboards weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly to allow for comparison to pre-determined goals and objectives as well as tracking of ongoing projects. * Partner with human resources on Company policies, staffing needs, workforce issues, talent management, and employee engagement activities.The Spectrum brand is powered and innovated by Company .
